Signed in the plate and dated 1952. 54 x 70 cm Provenance: Estate of Bella Brisel. Purchased by the present owner. Notes: Bella Brisel was an Israeli artist who studied, and later intermittently lived in Paris (in the 1950's). There she became acquainted and associated with many artists of the time among them Matisse, Schumacher, Chagall and Picasso.
