Christian ceremonial wine decanter, 19th century - Made by the artiest  Francis W Cooper, sterling silver , stichel work decorated with floral engravings.  handle styled like a The cathedral window , and spout in the shape of a duck .  signs of a rich patina apropriate for its age.  in the center the engraved the verse : ” I will pay my vows now in the presence of all his people ”   English hallmarks , silver signeture 84 Russian  weight: 681 gram, height:31  cm  tents and holes on the bottom side
