A Pair of Rare and Magnificent Parcel Gilt Silver Silver Filigree and Gemstone Hairpins, China, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) - Decorated in filigree with phoenixes (two on each hairpin) amid floral motifs. Set with coral and green gemstones, some suspended as tassels. Each hairpin disassembles into four components: the central pin, a back panel and two phoenix elements.
