Large silver Yemenite Amulet necklace early 1900's - This large necklace is held together at its corners with two triangular silver plaques (known is Yemen as tadarif.)  Four rows of beads on each side make there way to a central silver plaque decorated with filigree work. A large tubular amulet container is below  with rows of silver chains culminating in a rectangular silver plaque decorated with filigree. Below the plaque are little bells or pomegranates which are known to fend off evil spirits. relatively high grade silver.    weight: 363 dimensions: 30*20
