Two gilded silver head/neck ornaments-Yemen, early 1900's - 1.  silver necklace with Bakelite- The necklace is made of gilded silver which has been soldered and pieced together by links in the traditional Yemenite fashion. At each end is a silver ring decorated with fine granulation work. A Bakelite bead and a small filigree pendant. * It could be that this piece was made in Eretz Israel by an early Yemenite immigrant. It none the less is authentic and of high quality craftsmanship weight: 62 grams length: 90 cm  2. A gilded silver necklace which has been soldered and pieced together by small links, in the tradition Yemenite fashion.  At the end of the chain is a Bakelite bead with an oval silver pendant with a dangling filigree pendant * It could be that this piece was made in Eretz Israel by an early Yemenite immigrant. It none the less is authentic and of high quality craftsmanship weight: 20 grams closed length:23 cm
