A parcel gilt ornament- Uzbekistan/Turkmenistan 1880-1900 - The ornament is comprised of two rows of punched silver plaques. The upper row is fully gilded and the lower row every other plaque is gilded. Plaques set with colored stones incorporated in the rows. A hook attached to upper row. Tassels hang down from the lower row. Hooks on the side for attaching to garment.  The piece is wrought, punched, gilded and soldered. length: 55cm weight: 239 grams
