Vintage c1950s Child Quilt with Pillow - Vintage c1950s Child Quilt with Pillow. The quilt measures 46 by 68 inches. The pillow is 14 by 14 inches. Comprised of 2 inch strips of equilateral triangles alternating off white with a yellow and red print fabric. There is a 4 inch white border on all 4 sides. It is hand and machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with and applied off white binding. It is in fair condition with toning, spots, and consistent fabric deterioration in the yellow print. This quilt and pillow was generously donated to AQSG by Lisa Erlandson.
