JOSE ARRUE (Bilbao, 1895-1977) - ”Ese Manu, Chistoso el solo es...”. The work we present here is the original work that Jose Arrue made for the publishing house FHER (Bilbao) owned by the Germán brothers, which is part of a total of 10 postcards that were made in 1940 in black and white due to the scarcity of ink after the war for printing. Another colour edition was made in 1941. The piece has remained in the same ownership from 1941 to the present day. Framed and well presented.
