Advertising Poster Hagemeyer Jakarta-Semarang Surabaia Label
Original vintage label for Hagemeyer featuring an illustration of a man with a moustache wearing traditional Indonesian clothing and headwear with a colourful decorated border. Locations listed are Jakarta-Semarang and Surabaia. Hagemeyer was founded in 1900 by brothers Johan and Anton Hagemeijer in the Dutch East Indies in the city of Surabaya. It imported Dutch products such as cheese and cigars. Very good condition, minor creasing. Country of issue: Netherlands, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 17x11.5, year of printing: 1930s.
