Original vintage beer drink advertising poster for Leipziger Pilsner issued by the Brauerei C.W. Naumann Brewery A.G. Leipzig featuring a great illustration depicting a temple style building decorated with statues reflected in a pool of water with the bold lettering below. The CW Naumann brewery was founded in 1828 in Leipzig Germany by Carl Wilhelm Naumann (1792-1876). Pilsner / Pilsener is a type of pale lager created by the Bavarian brewer Josef Groll (1813-1887) in the Czech town of Plzen / Pilsen. Fair condition, restored creases, restored tears, restored paper losses, staining, backed on linen. Country of issue: Germany, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 60x43, year of printing: 1950s.
