Advertising Poster Arab Horse Stud Stallion Auction Moscow Prodintorg USSR - Original vintage advertising poster for the 1965 Auction organised in the Soviet Union by Prodintorg in Moscow for 100 best one-year-old foals by trotting horses and thoroughbred breeding stallions, the poster features an image of two horses under a horseshoe set over white background. Soviet Union had a horse breeding practice mostly run out of Tersk Stud horse breeding farm. Tersk is best known for its purebred Arabian horses, but it has also hosted breeding programs for Akhal-Tekes, Terskys, Kabardins, and Dons. All Terskys were transferred to nearby Stavropol Stud in 1945 to continue the development of the new breed.
