Advertising Poster Le Chat Noir The Black Cat Rodolphe Salis Cabaret - Vintage reproduction of an advertising poster for Tournee du Chat Noir avec Rodolphe Salis / Tour of The Black Cat with Rodolphe Salis, the poster features an Art Nouveau artist's Theophile Steinlen (1859-1923) artwork depicting a black cat sitting on a red sign with a red ornament that reads Montjoye Montmartre behind its head. Le Chat Noir was a cabaret and variety show entertainment establishment opened in 1881 by the impresario Rodolphe Salis and closed in 1897 not long after Salis' death.
