Advertising Poster Hogafa Trier Hotel Trade Fair Germany - Original vintage printer's proof with three designs of an advertising poster for Grenzland Hogafa / Hotel- u. Gaststätten-Fachausstellung, which took place from 29 April to 10 May 1954, in the Moselle city of Trier, officially recognised and required by the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA), a trade fair for borderland hotels and restaurants featuring international culinary arts and pastry chefs. The poster features a fun illustration of a waiter with a tray carrying a drink, a bellboy with a suitcase on his shoulder and a key in his hand, a chef with a pastry on a plate and a spoon under his arm, all seen running across the image with Porta Nigra, a large Roman city gate behind them. Good condition, folds, tears, creasing, paper skimming, minor staining. Country of issue: Germany, designer: Oretter, size (cm): 86x120, year of printing: 1954.
