Chocolat Box Cover Chocolat Klaus Swiss Leonetto Cappiello - Original vintage chocolate box label for Chocolat Klaus, a Swiss candy company. The artwork was originally created in 1903 by the celebrated Italian-French poster artist Leonetto Cappiello (1875-1942), depicting a lady in a green dress riding a bright red horse, with a stylised frame and floral motifs around the image. Created at the end of the Art Nouveau period, this poster is considered avant-garde for its time, bridging the fluid lines of Art Nouveau with the bold, simplified style that would later define Art Deco.
