Advertising Poster Shiva Guimet Museum Orient - Original vintage advertising poster issued by Association Francaise des Amis de l'Orient / French Association of Friends of the Orient for Guimet National Museum of Asian Arts featuring a photograph of a Dancing Shiva bronze statue from Tamil Nadu Chola period (9th-13th century). Shiva one of the principal deities of Hinduism is depicted as the divine cosmic dancer holding fire in his left back hand, holding front hands in mudra gestures and a snake wrapped around his front right hand, balancing on a demon with a decorative ring of flames around him.
