Advertising Poster Pete Seeger Quilapayun Concert for Chile - Original vintage advertising poster issued for a landmark benefit concert at the Royal Albert Hall on 7 March 1978. Organised by Chilean Records, the event served as a benefit for the Chile Solidarity Campaign and the Chile Relief Fund, supporting resistance against the military dictatorship of General Augusto Pinochet. The striking graphic design features bold, interlocking red and blue lines that form a background of concentric circles and energetic swirls. This pattern gives way to a powerful central image of a raised fist at the bottom left, a universal symbol of solidarity and resistance. The poster highlights performances by the legendary American folk singer and activist Pete Seeger, known for his protest music, alongside the acclaimed Chilean folk group Quilapayun, whose music became synonymous with the Unidad Popular movement. Very good condition, creasing, small tears. Country of issue: UK, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 61x42, year of printing: 1978.
