Hunting Hanger - Straight single-edged blade with broad fuller on both sides, central point and short back edge, etched decoration in upper two thirds, slightly pitted, incissions. Marked on the ricasso and in the etching 'Solingen/P. Knecht'. Brass hilt with embossed decoration, repaired, damaged, handle damaged. Leather scabbard (cracked leather), with brass decorated fittings, the by-knife is missing. Solingen, Peter Knecht circa 1850, length 62 cm. Condition 3
