The folding three leaf rear sight is graduated for 100, 300 and 600 yards and a front sight. Liege proof marks on the left side of the barrel. ”COL. COLT HARTFORD CT.U.S.A.” is roll-stamped in the sighting groove on the top-strap. Five-shot cylinder, a Root-type side hammer, ratchet-type loading lever. ”56 CAL” marked on the left side of the trigger guard bow. The stock is walnut with a varnish finish.
