An Elegant Cup-Hilted Sword - Sraight, doubleedged bladeof hexagonal section (old restoration of broken part in the centre), fullered at the first part with the inscription on the both sides ”VIERTUTE/FORTUNA”. Iron hilt with round konvex cup, openwork and chiselled wit four meallionsfeaturing men's busts between floral motifs. Counterplate with rays, grooved center of crossguard, one of the two arms of the hilt is partly missing. Straight quillons with slightly enlarged ends and oblique grooves. Loop guard decorated en suite in the centre. Wooden grip of round section is spirally bound with iron wire. Turk’s-head ferrules. Cylindrical pommel with fine longitudinal grooves.
