SET OF SIX CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL SILVER TEASPOONS IN A PRESENTATION CASE. GRACHEV BROTHERS RUSSIA, SAINT PETERSBURG, LAST QUARTER OF THE 19TH CENTURY - A set of six silver teaspoons, produced in the workshop of the Imperial Court Supplier firm Grachev Brothers in the last quarter of the 19th century, decorated with polychrome cloisonné enamel, represents a characteristic example of Saint Petersburg jewellery art of its period. The composition and decorative language reflect the emergence of Russian Art Nouveau, distinguished by structural clarity of form, emphasis on material, and an organic synthesis of function and artistic expression. A defining feature of the spoons is the original square-section handle, which conveys a sense of solidity, functional logic, and restrained plastic expression. The spoons are housed in a wooden presentation case with velvet-lined interior. Hallmarks: Maker’s mark “Grachev”; silver fineness mark “88”; master’s mark “AP”.
