RUSSIAN ETCHING ELEPHANT BY ALEXANDER KALUGIN
Alexander Kalugin, Estonian, Russian Soviet, born 1949, color etching on paper, Elephant Sent from Persia in 1796, 1985. Signed and dated in the plate, lower left. Signed and dated 1990 in pencil, lower right. Titled in pencil, lower left. Framed. Alexander Kalugin, a Soviet artist. He studied at the studio of the artist Vladimir Veisberg and the studio of Boris Kozlov in Moscow. Exhibited at residential and informal exhibitions, as well as expositions of non conformist artists.
