RUSSIAN SILVER CLOISONNE ENAMEL EGG TRINKET BOX
A very fine quality Russian silver egg trinket box having a very interesting unusual cloisonne enamel design depicting twisting and intersecting blue and green lines, beautiful blooming roses and naturalistically modeled raised flying insects set with ruby cabochon eyes. Hallmarked with an 84th silver standard next to a female head in a kokoshnik turned to the right and other Russian hallmarks. Resting atop a three-legged silver chicken foot base.
