WWII NAZI GERMAN STEEL HELMET LUFTSCHUTZ STAHLHELM
An original WWII German military helmet, the Stahlhelm. A steel helmet intended to provide protection against shrapnel and fragments of grenades. Distinctive coal scuttle shape, matte black colour. The traces of a silver emblem on the front indicate that the piece belonged to a member of the Nazi German Air Forces, the Luftschutz. A leather strap is attached on the inner side. Hallmarks RLZ 4072, Hochstpreis Rmk 8, Vertrieb Genehmigt, 88 Luftschutzgesetz are on the inside. World War II Historical Militaria Collectables And Uniforms.
