MERANO 14K GOLD DIAMONDS AND SAPPHIRE WRIST WATCH
A vintage 14K gold ladies wrist watch by Merano. The golden oval dial with Roman numerals and baton indexes is framed with diamonds. A sapphire gemstone decorates the crown.
