JAPANESE LATE MEIJI CLOISONNE ENAMEL TRINKET BOX
An antique Japanese footed copper trinket box of rectangular form with hinged lid. Late Meiji period, before 1912. The item is richly decorated with cloisonne enamel bamboo leaf ornaments. Depictions of a peacock and butterfly garnish the lid. The interior is gilt and engraved with a colibri bird. Collectible Oriental Decor And Vanity Items.
Dimensions: 4 1/8 x 3 1/2 x 2 in. All measurements are approximate.
