ANTIQUE INDO PERSIAN ISLAMIC GUN POWDER FLASK
A rare and high quality antique Indo Persian gunpowder flask of tusk shape, decorated with a lion on one side and a cow on the other. The eyes of both animals are set with turquoise cabochons. The surface is silver plated and gold plated, decorated with hand-engraved flowers and other accents. The lions mouth contains the figural lid representing a head of a cow with carnelian eyes.
