RUSSIAN SILVER AND CLOISONNE ENAMEL PICTURE FRAME
A fine Russian Slavic Revival oval shaped gilt silver and enamel picture or photo frame. The exterior of the frame is enameled with pan Slavic floral, foliage and scrollwork patterns in green, white, blue, purple and beige shades made using the cloisonne enamel technique. Features a cobalt blue velvet lining. Hallmarked with an 84 Russian Imperial silver standard, George the Victorious for Moscow, and the Cyrillic makers mark: DO.
