RUSSIAN GILT SILVER ENAMEL PEARLS PICTURE FRAME IOB
A fine quality Russian silver gilt picture frame, of a diamond form, the surface is covered with pink guilloche enamel and decorated with gilt silver mounts depicting scrolled foliage motifs. The round picture window is set with seed pearls to the rim and surmounted by an Imperial crown. Contains a portrait of NicholasII, Emperor of Russia from 1894 to 1917. Have a hinged stand on verso.
