After Georgii Aleksandrovich Lapshin or Lapchine, Russian, French, 1885 to 1951, oil painting on canvas depicting a Mediterranean harbor scene with boats. Signed lower right. Circa: the early 20th century. Framed. Georgi Lapchine is famous for impressionistic landscapes, flowers, and still lifes. Engaged in registration operas for Opera Comique, the Barcelona Opera, and the Lithuanian State Theatre.
