The artwork depicts a man with an umbrella against a rainbow background. Ca. 1990s. Titled Umbrella Man. Signed by the artist in the upper right. White mat, silver frame. The Umbrella Man is a signature character in Max's art. Collectible Contemporary Abstract Art.
