AUSTRIAN JUDAICA OIL PAINTINGS BY LEOPOLD BURGER
A pair of oil on board painting by Leopold Burger, also Buerger, 1861 to 1903, an Austrian genre artist. The first artwork depicts a Jewish man reading in his cabinet. Titled Kiepska Gielda, Poor Stock Exchange, in the lower left. The second depicts an old Jew counting coins. Both artworks are signed by the artist in the lower right. Identical golden frames. Collectible Figurative Fine Art, Interior Scene, Judaica.
