Published by Boyevoy Karandash, RSFSR Artist Publishing House, Design by Victor Zhilinsky. Circulation 3036 copies. Boyevoy Karandash, Combat Pencil, was a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings starting in 1939.
