1948 SOVIET PROPAGANDA POSTER EASTERN BLOC
A post-WWII era Soviet propaganda poster. The print depicts the statue of Worker and Kolkhoz Woman, profiles of Stalin and Lenin, as well as flags of Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Albania, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Romania and Hungary. Inscription in Russian: For peace, for peoples democracy! Design by K. Ivanov. Published by Iskusstvo, Moscow, 1948. Technical inscriptions in the lower part. Soviet Historical Collectables, Wall Prints, Communist Propaganda, Cold War.
