ATTR TO LASZLO MOHOLY NAGY MIXED MEDIA PAINTING
Attributed to Laszlo Moholy Nagy, Hungarian, 1895 to 1946, mixed media painting on cardboard depicting a Constructivist composition, 1939. Signed and dated, lower right. Stamped, XXI, on the backside. Laszlo Moholy Nagy was a Hungarian painter and photographer as well as a professor in the Bauhaus school. He was highly influenced by constructivism and a strong advocate of the integration of technology and industry into the arts.
