RUSSIAN 88 SILVER RUBY EMERALD MOSAIC JASPER BOX - A Russian 88 silver enamel presentation box. The box is made in a mosaic design, with natural jasper pieces in brown and black shades. The box is adorned with a relief Imperial double headed eagle, encrusted with a Ruby stone to the center of the shield covered with white enamel, and set with a cabochon cut ruby stone on the top of the lid. Also set with green emerald cabochons and adorned with applied Imperial garland patterns to the sides. Gold washed interior. Marked with an 88 Russian Imperial silver standard hallmark, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks. Russian Silver Jewelry, Table Wares, Home Decor, and Collectibles. Weight 305 g.
