Roy Fox Lichtenstein, American, 1923 to 1997, a lithograph print on paper Nude with Blue Hair from the Nude Series, published in 1995. Hand signed in pencil lower right. Marked lower left, HC for the Hors Commerce Proof. Roy Fox Lichtenstein was a pop artist. During the 1960s, along with Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, and James Rosenquist, he became a leading figure in the new art movement. His work defined the premise of pop art through parody.
