Oil on canvas painting. Attributed to Irma Stern, 1894 to 1966, a renowned South African artist of German-Jewish descent associated with the Expressionist movement. The artwork depicts a portrait of a black woman. Signed and dated 1964 in the upper left. Wooden frame. Collectible Mid Century Modernist Fine Art, Portraiture, Women Artists.
