Signed by the artist, probably Jolene Bathorn, lower left. Framed. Guy Carleton Wiggins, 1883 to 1962, was an American impressionist painter. He was the president of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, and a member of the Old Lyme Art Colony. He did many paintings of New York Citys snowy streets, landmarks and towering skyscrapers during winter. One of a kind artwork. Dimensions Frame 27 3/4 x 21 1/2 in. Image 24 x 18 in.
