ANTIQUE ISLAMIC MINIATURE PAINTING OF KAABA SIGNED
An antique 19th-century miniature painting. Presumably of Turkish of Persian origin. Watercolor and ink on paper. The artwork depicts the Kaaba, the center of Islams most important mosque and holiest site, the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Arabic calligraphy encompasses the composition. Signed by the artist in the lower left, Abid Hussain. Collectible Oriental Islamic Art And Decor, Miniature Painting.
