SWEDISH ILLUSTRATION OIL PAINTING AFTER KNUT EKWALL
A vintage oil painting on board depicting a salon interior scene with kissing couple of lovers after the original painting by Knut Ekvall, Swedish, 1843 to 1912. Framed. Circa: the first half of the 20th century. Knut Alfred Ekwall was a Swedish painter and illustrator. He is best known for his genre works, many of which have women and children for their subjects. One of a kind artwork.
Dimensions
Framed 16 3/4 x 14 1/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
Condition
Overall good antique condition. Lost of pigments, darkening of the Varnish. Signs of wear and Age. Refer to photos. Sold as is.
