Bernard Corey, American, 1914 to 2000, was a plein-air landscape painter who was born in Grafton, Massachusetts where he lived most of his life. He was recognized for his landscape paintings using oils and watercolors and almost to the time of his death, painted on location at many New England shores and countrysides. He was a member of The Allied Artists Society, The Salmagundi Club of New York City, The Guild of Boston Artists, The Hudson Valley (NY) Art Association, The North Shore Art Association, The Academic Artists Society, The American Artists Professional League, The American Watercolor Society, and The Rockport Art Association.
