LTD SLOVAKIAN ETCHING BY PETER KLUCIK SIGNED FRAMED
Peter Klucik, Slovakian, born 1953, a limited edition etching on paper, Satyr and Nymph, probably an illustration. Signed in pencil and dated 1989, lower right. Titled in pencil, lower left. Numbered 16 of 70 in pencil, lower to the center. Framed. Peter Klucik was born in Bratislava, Slovakia. He studied under Prof. Brunovsky in the Department of Graphik Art and Book Illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava 1974-1980. He is known for his metamorphic etchings of real and mythical animals that exhibit their own intricate relationship with reality and the irrational. He has illustrated more than 20 books, for which he has won many awards. European Graphic Art Prints, Illustrations, and Collectibles.
