ATTR TO RHODA YANOW NATIVE AMERICAN PORTRAIT PRINT
Attributed to Rhoda Yanow, a 20th century American artist, a lithograph print on paper depicting a portrait of a Native American. Unsigned. Rhoda Yanow, a New Jersey Native, is a widely exhibited National and International artist. After years of study, she completed her art education at the Parsons School of Design and the National Academy of Design in New York City. She is known for Figure and portrait painting. Yanow is a member of the Pastel Society of America and the Allied Artists of America. In 2003, her art was added to the collection of the first ever museum devoted to pastel in Suzhou, China.
