WWII NAZI GERMAN CLASP TO THE IRON CROSS 1ST CLASS - A WWII Nazi German Clasp to the Iron Cross, 1st Class, awarded to soldiers who had previously earned the Iron Cross 1st Class during World War I and were again recognized for bravery or leadership in World War II. The clasp features a silvered eagle clutching a swastika, mounted above a trapezoidal bar inscribed with the date 1939. Designed to be worn on the original 1914 Iron Cross, it was affixed above the medal to signify a second award. Second World War Nazi German Third Reich Awards And Military Collectibles.
