A Soviet propaganda poster. The print represents bodies of killed people. Below is a text about the Lena Massacre, the shooting of goldfield workers on strike in northeast Siberia near the Lena River in April 1912. Design by Alexei Pakhomov, 1900 to 1973, a prominent Russian painter and printmaker, illustrator for childrens books. Published by Izogiz, Moscow, 1931.
