FRENCH PARIS STREET ETCHINGS BY VICTOR VALERY SIGNED
Victor Valery Lochelongue, French, 1870 to 1930, two etchings on paper depicting a Parisienne street scenes. Each is signed in pencil, lower right. Framed. Victor Lochelongue is known for Etching and dry point. Victor Valery was a French etcher of copper plate etchings drypoint, primarily of scenes of Paris. He was born in Saint Maurice Seine, and was taught by the etcher Eugene Charrot. He exhibited his etchings at the Salon des Artistes Francais from 1906.
