Both paintings are signed at the lower left. The works serve as covers to speakers, which are visible through holes in the backing of wooden frames. With specifications attached to the back. Atsushi Kikuchi is a Japanese American artist. Studied: California College of Arts and Crafts. Atsushi Kikuchi was born just after the turn of the century and spent his childhood in Japan. After moving to the San Francisco area, he received a scholarship to study art and moved to Los Angeles to pursue an art career. After the war, he moved to Chicago.
