Signed in the lower right. Ca. 1930s to 1940s. Matted and framed. Provenance: Heritage Auctions, July 12, 2007. Grigory Gluckmann was a Russian emigre artist. He graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris. He lived in France, Germany and Italy before settling in the US during the Second World War. In 1945 he moved to Los Angeles where he was to make his home for the rest of his life. His central subject was the portrayal of women. Collectible Graphic Art, Genre Painting.
