LARGE RUSSIAN SILVER GEMSTONES RUBY EYES ROOSTER KOVSH - An extra large Russian silver figural kovsh. The kovsh has a traditional oval shape of a drinking vessel or ladle, with a single raised handle. The front is made in a sculptural design representing a crowned rooster, set with Ruby stone eyes. The body and the handle of the ware are embellished with Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli and Chalcedony cabochons. A gold wash interior.
