RUSSIAN SILVER ENAMEL TORAH POINTER WITH AMETHYST - A Russian Judaica 84 gilt Silver Torah pointer. The end of the piece is a palm with an extended index finger. The handle is covered with polychrome foliage, geometrical, and scrollwork ornaments made in the Cloisonne technique. The end of the handle is decorated with an Amethyst cabochon. Marked with a Russian Silver standard hallmark, and a makers mark. Torah pointer is a Jewish religious item used to point to the text during the Torah reading.
